Morgan Vaughn

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, knowing you'll be met with compassion, understanding, and without judgment.

While I specialize in working with children and adolescents, I enjoy working with clients of all ages and provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, we'll work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe everyone has a unique story, and you are the expert on your own life. My role isn't to tell you what your story should be—it's to help you recognize your strengths, uncover new perspectives, and move toward the future you want. I take a solution-focused approach to therapy, which means I believe you already have many of the answers within you. Sometimes life's challenges make those answers difficult to see, and together we'll identify what's working, build on your existing strengths, and help you find the confidence and tools to create meaningful, lasting change.
