I believe self-acceptance is a key part to living a balanced, content life. As such, I believe that compassion, honesty, and being genuine is the way to achieve healthy relationships and lifestyles. I strive to create an accepting and compassionate atmosphere to encourage exploration to be accepting of who you are and to achieve your potential.
I see myself and those with whom I work as humans striving to do our best, to grow, and to achieve.
Over the last 15+ years, I have provided services to individuals, couples, and families experiencing challenges
that life seems to throw our way. While I have worked with many different types of challenges, I also have particular
experience working with:
- Marriage problems, including infidelity
- Parenting
- Depression and anxiety
- Low feelings of self-worth
- Improving the outlook on life
- Stress Management
- Anger Management
I will be the first to say that I do not live a perfect life. I have overcome and expect to encounter many
challenges through my life. I've discovered through my personal experiences, as well as those of my clients,
that it is essential to embrace who we are as humans and live genuinely.
If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to
