Kristen Martin, M.S., LMFT

I believe my role is to walk alongside my clients while providing them with the necessary tools and education needed for clients to make positive changes in their own lives. My counseling approach is client centered and collaborative since you are the expert in your life. The process of finding a therapist that is a good fit can be intimidating and overwhelming, therefore I strive to provide a comfortable environment where you feel safe to explore your personal goals. It is my belief that establishing a trusting relationship with a client is crucial to the therapeutic process and to helping you reach your full potential.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages and every background. I have specialized training with couples, families, early childhood, trauma, and grief. I use a variety of evidenced-based techniques tailored to meet the needs of each client. I am trained in EMDR and Motivational Interviewing. I also utilize CBT often.

Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. I look forward to walking along this journey with you.
